Our Vineyard History

Dragoon Springs Vineyards was purchased in 2024 on the north eastern slope of the Dragoon mountains. The gentile bajada gradient allows cold air to flow through the vines promoting high acidity. Along with our alkaline sandy loam we boast fantastic chalk limestone that gives our soil a high calcium content. Varietals under vine are Sauvignon Blanc, Sangiovese, and Carignan. We are currently in our first year of planted vines and have about 2 acres planted.
